★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just great!!..if u wanna privacy with ur big family..check this out..got 4 bedroom..u don't need to carry ur bbq stove..they will provide it to u..just pay extra.. got swimming pool here right in front of this house..but..if u wanna go out for jalan2 or something wanna lepak minum..it's too far..so make sure you plan it wisely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 4 nights here on an extended family vacation. The villa has been expanded to offer more living space and toilets which was great. Swimming pool is slightly small but we brought our own floats and the kids had lots of fun. The pools is cleaned once a week but insects fall in every day, but there is a net there which we used to keep the pool clean. Karaoke system was also provided for the "old kids" and that was lots of fun. We did a bbq one night with the grills provided (bring your own charcoal and clean metal wire mesh) and the lights outside were quite nice. Cooking facilities provided (stove, micro, utensils, crockery) but bring your own oil and sauces. Very near to the safari and water theme park, 10min drive to Tampin for groceries (at the Mydin) and about qhr to Melaka. The owner has done pretty well with the place but it needs a little more sprucing up in the indoor toilets. Don't expect hotel level luxury, but it was a great (and quite reasonably priced) place for a family trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay with your family. Very clean and peaceful. Suit the price of the villa. The swimming pool is good as well, for those with small children, don't forget to bring floaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No gas stove, no electric cooker. Only a microwave, a kettle and a small refrigerator. With some plates and no utensils.
The villa is quite clean though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a excellent stay here at villa lot 1075..the owner it self is a friendly lady... Villa was clean and i love the swimming pool.. Highly recommended to all...I will definately repeat my stay again here when i come to afamosa next time... Tq
