★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A'Famosa resort villa. Villa 1049 has private pool located inside the villa itself. The villa is clean.has 4 bedrooms, 2 toilet with 1 kitchen. It doesn't have stove. Just a fridge, microwave with sink tap. The villa is located about 10mins from the main entrance. Nearest seafood restaurant is just 2 mins from main entrance. Freeport is 1 min drive away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place for weekend getaway with families and friends. Ratings dropped due the poor lighting at the porch which are very dim, not ideal for us to have BBQ. Suggest to request cleaning service from the management on the villa surroundings as there are tall grass and bushes. Make sure there isn't any frogs before entering the pool :| (refer to the photo attached) Overall it's a very pleasant experience for me and my friends, except the moment when we found there's frogs swimming in the pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bungalow was ok but the important facilities such, iron, washing machine were not provided. The water heater, hairdryer were not functioning well. The water tap was cannot be turned off properly. There was also licking water from the roof and the cloth was not provided to clean the licking water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The villa is not worth for money. I went for many homestay but this was worst. The picture they upload in web and any other travel platform such as booking.com was very old pictures. It stated there was microwave, washing machine and so on at the amenities.But there no microwave and washing machine, the pool was very dirty and smelly. The fridge not working well, and all our food was waste, when complain about the fridge they didn't response, after for time replace another fridge which was worst than that.There is no swing chair too. First time I was encountered a very disappointed service which pay high. Totally the service and management was bad. Especially the owner not communicate well and giving solution for us. Owner staying at Singapore earn money without solving customer requests and complaint. Latest picture of the villa updated in booking.com, since can’t upload pictures.
