★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service sangat slow. Masa tukar kad staf langsung takda ajar cara nak tukar pin. Bila dah tersalah lebih 3 kali dia marah kita semula. Padahal boleh je dia nak guide cara nak aktifkan kad. Bukan setakat tu je, kalau nak online banking tak dapat no tac. Daripada petang sampai ke malam tak dapat. Bila call customer service cakap waktu berurusan hanya pada waktu sekian sekian. Tapi kita ni tunggu dari petang sampai ke lewat malam tak sampai sampai. Dah lah urgent nak kena bayar. Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow service. An old uncle beside me waited for 1 hour, and the que number never moved. Customer are piling up and some even gave up waiting. 3 counters open but only 1 is serving customers. I guess the other 2 is shaking leg la. Happen 20th July. 12pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even 1 star is too much for them....very rude security guard....pregnant ladies are made to que up in hot sun ...when asked answered back very rudely. Should really check on your sop....old people oku and pregnant ladies should be given some importance like other banks.....
