★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services sucks!!!!!! Emergency thingy oso asked to do appointments. Come some other day later ??? if things really can delay, then is no longer called EMERGENCY!!!!!! Somo, got people requesting only an open account form also need to make appointment??? Can't it be treated separately??? Otherwise just enhanced ur online services, but not at the expenses of other people money n times....

There is a very helpful guard working here.

He is really kind & listens before answering questions .
Inside RHB staff are well mannered .... as well.
Parking is a little hard here, be careful not to double park , police station just around the corner ...
Play it safe .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow, inefficient, uncoordinated, giving wrong info. Called up to RHB bank, they say can make appointments via QMS app due to Covid SOPs. Understandable. Came according to the time as registered in QMS, the guard asked to wait in line, under the hot sun.
Why the heck did you ask to use the app then? Inside adhere to SOP but not outside?? Might as well ask me to come earlier ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here twice. Once to change mobile number. Second time to do cash deposit to reactivate dormant account. The first time I came I was asked to get printed proof of my new number. A little troublesome compared to procedure of other banks but still ok. But the service was indeed slow. At night I was called by an unknown number to come sign document. I was told ‘you forgot to sign’… quite speechless as I wasnt told to sign anything and aren’t they supposed to check if i complete the necessary signing?
Second time I came. Appointment made on 9.15am but was told system down. Gotta wait for about 20 minutes. Due to SOP we had to wait outside and it was quite hot in the morning. But guard was very polite. The service was quite fast compared to the first round.
Reminder: make appointment with QMS before coming.
