By Feb 2020 we needed to replace the maid who has completed her 2 years contract with us, but due to some unforeseen event, we dun need the new maid, this agency is so kind to refund in full our deposit for a new maid. We really appreciate the kind n thoughtful act.
I sincerely and highly recommend this agency to whoever wants to employ maids. Kudos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with this agent. Pls be aware of the sweet talk and empty promises. Paid 25K to them and maid was unable to communicate with my elderly mum. We felt cheated fr this agent. Went to see the male boss he was not compassionate towards an old lady asking for replacement. He said we still need to pay extra charges after the maid they supply ran away. My mum realise it was an inside job because the maid ran away after talking to the agent on the phone. Do not allow Yr maid to communicate with this agent after you have paid the full fee. Pls take note.

She managed to bring in my maid ( from when I was living in Jakarta for 5 yrs ) to Kuala Lumpur. Within a shorter time than I expected it was all sorted out ( passport done , flight ticket booked , quarantine arrangements ) & Permit approved & my helper was in my home in KL from Jakarta .
