★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had breakfast here and it wasn't that enjoyable. The nasi lemak was just ok, and I didn't like the milk tea nor the butter kaya toast. On the bright side, the menu is quite varied with lots of options, and prices are relatively cheaper than other kopitiam. Due to its location, finding parking here might be difficult, so be warned if you plan on driving here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order club sandwich and American breakfast, they took 30 minutes to serve our drinks. When we asked about our orders, guess what.. The workers showed blur face and give the reason is running out of cups. the place was not crowd at all. Food was cold after they serve. I absolutely not idea what they doing, poor service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambiance after renovation. Delicious and affordable food. However the staff impression and service attitude need to be trained and improved. The glass for warm water is unacceptable. After spending so much money on renovation, how much would it cost to have ah mah uniform and new glasses.

The food choices is limited and very average in taste.
The price is moderate.
The good part about this place is the sensible layout utilising the extra air and outdoor seatings of the spacious corner.
Parking is not easy on this street, but if you are willing to walk a bit, parking is usually available nearby streets.
