No pic to show because my order never came. Waited for my CKT for more than one hour! Boss, I think you should focus on running your restaurant well instead of getting so many online orders and your staff canโt cope with the dine-in orders.

โ โ โ โ โ You will appreciate this great modern style kafe during this trying time.
There is a lot of outdoor seating even with the issue of half the normal number allowed.
A lot of parking space especially on the open side.
The price is at a premium compared to equivalent type kafe.
This result in available seats at most times even during 'peak', especially now due to movement
control advice.
The food n cooking quality is average.

โ โ โ โ โ Before this issue happened i gave 4 stars for the overall menu especially the Hainan Coffee which i always order few times in every week.
But today i am so disappointing eapecially of the taste of the coffee and the attitude of the manager. The coffee is not what i used to taste before especially the aroma and the coffee bean is different and is not KAW anymore.
At first i taste the coffee, it is too much milk as the colour is obviously lighter. I asked the waiter and the waiter changed for me without question. Second time, the coffee taste is still different from before as it is no aroma of coffee and not KAW at all. Then i questioned the waiter and the waiter said it did by a new staff. So i decided not to argue and thinking of no next time anymore. But i don't know why the manager heard it and approached me with not much patience and unprofessional. I told the truth, and he just took back the coffees without saying anything.
We had finished our meals and waiting for a few long minutes later and the coffee arrived. The manager requested us to try and feedback to him with impolite way. With this third time coffee, the taste is stilllllllllllllllll different. Different aroma and different kaw. With my honest truth of feedback, the manager admitted that the coffee bean batch is no longer the same and he said will revert back to his boss.
For me i just come here for their signature of Hainan Coffee not their foods. But with this changing, i decided not to visit again. Plus we both did not finished the coffee at all!!!
