★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Super Unfriendly security Malay guy! No any reception attend customer before knowing what customer need then straight away CUSTOMER NEED QUEUE OUTSIDE THE DOOR. AS PER THE SECURITY RUDE GUY said "U HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL I ALLOW U GO IN"!!! VERY UNPLEASENT FOR THEIR SERVICE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are altogether six customer service counters but you will never see all six in operation. You don't even see five or four in operation. The maximum I saw is three and today only two. Already more than half an hour I waited. See how good is AIA customer service?
