★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you’re located in Citi Plaza, very hard to find parking, when you’re relocated in Southkey, totally no parking available for your guests to make credit card payment, it’s so inconvenience and waste my time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammer. 2018 When I apply the credit card telling me the annual fee can be waived. 2022, this year told me cannot be waived and force me to paid rm600 annual fees, this is citi bank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unorganised. Were informed by kl collection department to retrived my balance frm Jb branch. But ppl here are unaware about it and had to keep repeating my request to many counters. Sited here for more than 1hr still unsettle. Very bad countwr service by an indian lady, told me if i dont want to wait then can not make the payment???? The payment counter close at 4pm. What till now dont know i want to withdraw!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this branch citibank. All the way down to this branch settle my issue, but the Indian lady at the counter facing the door here are bad service attitude, keeping me waiting at the counter without giving me any response. Very bad counter service by this indian lady!!!!!
But luckily I met a very nice lady kakak in a pink suit, she patiently explained and helped me with my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon arrival, I saw customers shouting at the front desk. Soon later, I understand why after experiencing it myself.
The staff here have no idea how to answer customer enquiry. If you asked 3 person you will get 3 different answers. You will be moved from one counter to another counter, then asked to fill up form after form, each time you will need to queue again.
For me I can't bank in money over counter and have to use the machine to bank in.
Finding a carpark is a nightmare like all the other reviewers had commented.
This is what happens when the managers are sitting in the newly renovated air con rooms and not knowing what happend out there over counters with customers.
