3.3.19 The expired insurance has not yet entered the account until today. Isn't it faster to get online? AIA's service attitude is really bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ employee nice service but this customer centre only hire two employee, overall damn slow, this is the fault of customer centre, it should hire 4 employee to increase service percentage, employee are not robotics, hope can fill up vacancy
