★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The environment was nice. Clean and neat. However the customer service was poor especially when you are in this customer focused business. Went to renew my car insurance. Took the queue number from the dispenser. However I took the wrong one - supposed to be general insurance but I accidentally selected life insurance. When the number was called, I went to the counter but the personnel told me about the wrong number. What happened next was beyond my imagination. Instead of him proceeding with the processing of my car insurance first and in parallel requesting me to take a new number, he insisted that I first take a new number. Only after I went over to the dispenser and took a new queue number, then he started to process my renewal. It was like the queue number was more important to him then customer service.
