★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When a security says STAY at the entrance its already a bad start. Then inside it gets worse. Asked for a cover letter of my insurance and guess what : CANNOT. AIA is only good in selling. Pretty girls selling insurance. When you actually need help ?? CANNOT. End this month I change my insurance. NEVER AIA again. Always something to not help you. The worst after service.
