★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited for almost 3 hours just to submit a simple claim submission which takes only 15 minutes. As we moving towards endamic lifestyle i suggestion for AIA to move back our lifestyle to how it was as people start to live with COVID-19. My 3 hours just gone here and if you think move customers coming in, then more counters should be allowed to operated effectively. Beyond that you are a service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three hour wait to do something simple that takes 5 minute. It's not the queue is long also. So many counters empty, the few staff here moving slow, relax jer. I would give 0 star if i can. This company is quick to take your money and slow to serve you.
