Jordan Alex Their staff threw the remote control in front of me to show me bad attitude because I’m not buying their stuff! Bad services! Their store have zero customers but their efficiency is zero with lousy attitude! They even seen my complaint in their messages!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased Google Home Max from them recently via Online.
The unit they sent to me was a faulty unit. I have sent the unit for them to take a look. Its almost a week now, I don't hear from them, whenever I call they hardly pick up the call or even if someone picked up, they will tell will call me back and never do.
This is still on-going, not sure how this will end. This is the worst purchase experience I ever had. Would recommend to stay away from this vendor!
ps: The unit was missing magnetic pad on delivery too. highly doubt if its a new unit at all.
