★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clean and cosy nursing home , run by registered and experienced nurses.This Home is chosen by Kementerian Kesihatan where they sent their nurses for clinical training .
Ailins Home provides good medical care to patients . Relevent exercises and physiotherapy are provided. Healthy meals are being served.
My sister-in -law stayed in Ailins Home before and now my brother-in-law is staying there.
If you are hesitating where to send your loved ones who needs medical care as you are unable to look after them yourselves, I highly recommend Ailins Home to be your first choice !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provide good professional nursing care that mum needs. Staff are honest. Mum gets visitors who give her money sometimes and they let us know. Ailin communicates regularly and keeps us up to date on what is happening and if there are any issues or incidences. Most importantly, mum is very happy and she tells us that when we visit or call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean with reliable and efficiently trained nurses, one can be rest assured that one's family member sent there is in good hands to be well taken care of.
My dad, frail, immobile with catheter on who was discharged from the general hospital, gained his strength and could walk again in less than two months under their professional care.
Our Health Ministry even sends nurses for clinical trainings for the past 8 years.
Thanks to Ailin's Home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ailins home had a good proffessional nursingcare that my dad needs during his stayed(stroke patient). If any issues of incidence of emergency, she will informed us urgently n straight send my dad to hospital without delay. Even de boss is on family holidays,her concern never failed as she still call her staff to noe de situation of my dad, that's something I really appreciate so much of her. Place n de home is very clean n peaceful with friendly,n caring n responsible staff. Whoever looking for GOOD environment, nursing care, reliable n responsibility nursing home, recommend Ailins home as de right choice. Thanks Ailin for taking good care of my dad for almost 10 yrs. TQ

Just because we raised our concerns about your male staff shouting the residents,that does not give you the rights to personal attack Khor Zi Wei via what‘sapp.I have the screeshot as proof.I would expect you to investigate the staff instead of pointing fingers and looking for excuses.This‘s serious as ,I heard the scolding during my visits.I didn‘t come often,I wondered were the scoldings happened daily or were just coincident??
I was also very troubled after our phone conversation in Aug 2021.Let me quote and unquote: "You guys have made a terrible mistake choosing ACE Home instead of here".You actually bared grudges for my mum not choosing your center.Under such circumstances.you were not empathetic and insensetive towards our feelings as my mum was covid positive in ACE Home. Instead,you have instigated us to report to KKM.Your reactions clearrly reflected your personality.I have second thoughts about here eventhough you have claimed that your team is well trained and professional.
Ailin,YOU are not receptive towards constructive feedbacks and YOU have no rights to send such a text to Khor Zi Wei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum checked-in into Ai Lin’s Nursing Home 4 years ago, after suffering a fall resulting in multiple fractures. We checked out a few nursing homes, looking for one with professional nursing care before deciding on Ai Lin’s Nursing Home. We had no regrets since. In a year, mum’s insulin dosage reduced by more than half and her blood pressure stabilised within normal range. The fractures eventually healed. With regular exercise and encouragement from Ai Lin and her staff, mum overcame her fear of walking again, with the aid of a walker.
When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, Ai Lin’s Nursing Home adhered to strict SOP. We could only meet mum from outside the gate/fence. But the strict SOP was necessary to protect the residents especially as they are categorised as vulnerable group. While many elderly folks experienced loneliness and fear in their own homes during the MCO, mum filled her days in the company of friends and caring staff. She had her regular morning exercise (outdoors if weather permits) and mah-jong sessions, and occasionally baked cookies and wrapped popiah with the staff and the more-abled residents.
It is sometimes difficult to place a loved one in someone else’s care. But it is comforting to know that mum was happy and in good care at the nursing home.
