★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has been calling and harassing people to pay up debt without any validation documents. If you ask for statement or letter from bank they will not respond. Every month they claim different amount of debt and their interest can shoot up to 20k in 2 months. Their agents behave like gangsters and go around threatening people. Please don't entertain this company and make a police report if they continue to harass you or fail to give you proof of the debt. If you decide to make any payment, please verify the debt with the original debtor first.

They be calling people & harrasing people with bad words, telling people this that as if they don't have any mistakes, as if they don't have any debt to be pay up, as if they don't have family to be feed. Pressing people especially in this pandemic time. Where did u learn that absolute absurd attitude? U talk to people bout responsibility, then what's ur angle? Be a responsibility person, work professionally.

They will call and call u, bugging the life out of an innocent soul for past 11 years although I have politely clarify that the person they are looking for HAS CHANGED PHONE NUMBER FOR THE LAST 11 YEARS (Or maybe never use this number before for all I know). How can a company keep chasing the wrong person for a decade? Its like a dumb dog barking at the wrong tree for all his life. If you want to use their service, I suggest u to think again. If they cant get their info straight, what makes u think they are capable of handling your issue?

No respect at all, people come forward to settle down things but your employee are being so rude especially the employee named Kana. I don't know whether its the real name or not. If possible I don't even want to give any stars. Give them proper guideline to talk with customer before hire them as your employee.
