Meter air bocor di rumah. Call Hotline Air Selangor buat aduan. Katanya dalam masa 24 jam akan datang baiki. Ingatkan diaorang datang hari esok. Tapi hari yang sama juga diaorang datang tukar meter ???. Wow! Awesome ?.
Fast, fast & efficient.
The water meter is leaking in the house. Call the Selangor Air Hotline to make a complaint. He said in the next 24 hours it will be fine. Remind him to come tomorrow. But the same day he also came to change the meter ???. Wow! Awesome ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad impression regarding my meter reading, giving excuses for not being able to make the meter reading and gave me three fold from my average 6 months 20m³ to 50m³ that causes a very big difference on the bill. Before I used under the free 20m³ mostly but now because of the estimated bill they read on average 50m³ causes such a burden for two person living in the house. Air Selangor don't rob the citizens, you people can't come over to do the meter reading but MCO now also can come over to dismantle the meter. I sent email whatsapp regarding the matter but all are not replying. Air Selangor don't suck on your customers
