Inefficient and be prepared to wait. I just finished my Kedai TNB opening account in 15 minutes. Been waiting here for 45 minutes and counting, try to avoid this place if you can, this will make be the staff here happy with less work! Hahhahaha..suggest, time to overhead this dinassour organization and automate its processes! They don't even have those electronic queue and calling system, the clerks have to shout out everytime!

This is the worst company to liaise with, they do not send you the bill, when the bill received, we get the bill together with suspension notice. Which basically means, their employee or contractor in charge of water deliver the bill together..Then they will impose RM 35.00 for disconnection and another RM 35 for reconnection..God knows who they are supporting with these cut throat costing..Useless company with monopoly, maybe too strong due voters' support in Selangor..

Slow service. The worker wasn't lying when they said you have to wait for 3 hours. Remember to take a photo of your water meter before you come here, and check all the required documents online. Else you have to come back next time.

Super ineffieciency. Had been sit at outdoor and wait for 2 hour ++ (outdoor weather is super hot) just for my turn to go inside the office to continue waiting. 11 couter is there but only 3 couter is available. Each customer take more than 40min to serve. No systematic at all.

Worst service ever.... everything need to pay, request statement for few papers need to pay RM5? Request for account number, still need to pay? Request for bill, ask customer go for online.... no account number, you go die... no wonder there is a notice at the counter to ask customers not to be rude because of your horrible service after waiting for 2 hours.... if there is rating for Air Selangor, it should be 0 star.

Honestly, based on past experience and after reading the reviews, I was prepared to wait half a day to settle everything. Surprisingly, the process was swift and I got to leave after 15 minutes. I arrived around 9.30am, ample parking available during that time. Kudos to the security at the front gate and staffs at the main entrance for their good service. Credit where credit is due. ?

Staff very helpful to my elderly father. They explained everything on how to close an account. There's a reasonable wait to get into the counter area but I think it's manageable. I'd rather we wait outside on seats in an orderly queue instead of cramming everyone in front of the counters. This way the staff gets to greet customers one by one and attend to their needs personally before they make any transactions at the counters. Keep up the good work.

1 stars for the whole progress experience. Is not about the people, IS ABOUT THEIR SOP. I wanted to register new account with my new rented place, and this took me 4 times going over to submit the forms & documents, 1. After we checked the documents on the receptionist, in order to get the number to the counter to process, they gave us 1 number card, and sit beside to wait for calling, TO WAIT FOR THE PROPER NUMBER THAT GENERATE FROM THE NUMBERING SYSTEM MACHINE. I still don't understand what's about this progress, and I feel very cute like playing mamasak. 2. To keep changing the photo of the water pipe (that need to install the water meter). They ask us to work with the freelance plumbers in order to make the space of it to 7.5", but the plumbers is charging us RM380. So, we tried our side to make it at first, thought they will give a call when they are there, and we try to sort it out. But happily they went here, and NO CALLS FOR ANY UPDATES, EVEN AN EMAIL TO INFORM US THAT ARE NO SUCCESSFUL INSTALLING PUN TIADA. Keep silent until we call again and ask, and funny thing is THEIR SYSTEM DIDN'T MENTION ANYTHING WITH ANY ERROR AND JUST ASK US TO RE-SUBMIT THE PHOTO AGAIN AND AGAIN, because they couldn't accept the 0.25" extra and claims the meter couldn't fit in well FROM THE PICTURE THEY SEE. I would say their customer service crew & receptionist are actually not bad, but the SOP for the whole progress SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKS. LOOOL I super angry but I can feel their crew can do nothing but got scold by the customers always. Please la do something Air Selangor. :(
