β β β β β This is their warehouse, dont expect someone to greet you at the entrance or customer service area. the front gate is closed like nobody inside, but you can whatsapp or call the number in advance and someone will entertain you. they replaced the battery of the faulty vacuum unit and even gave free vacuum filter.

my vacuum broke down 2 months after using it and I'm trying to get someone to fix it.
I do not recommend this brand, poor customer & after sales service

β β β β β I just buy 2 weeks then warranty 2 times. Product so bad. 1st time i send warranty myself to klang. So far. I wont buy this brand of product anymore..

β β β β β The staff were friendly but very unprofessional. They did not practice SOP. None of them wear masks nor require us to scan MySejahtera. The staff troubleshoot my product outdoor on a dirty concrete floor. I was there with two other unhappy customers with a similar warranty issue. The whole process was done outdoor at the gate of their warehouse.

β β β β β Sent my vacumn to check and after 1 mth no update until chase only replied said it was battery issue and ask to replace new battery cost RM1xx. Then received my vacumn by courier after 1 week but the condition just like before send for repair....still cannot use. I wonder did they really replace my spoiled battery with new battery after received my payment bcoz no invoice provided and customer service said will immediate ask technician to courier out new battery to us....HELLO!!!you expect us to replace the new battery by our own?

β β β β β My Supersonic airbot is super noisy after using for 8 mths. Was told by seller it was the hepa filter, which I changed and its not the problem. Think needs a new motor. Phoned the airbot customer service line...no answer, line cuts off straight away. Drove to service centre in Klang - totally deserted! Called out and no-one answered at all. Warranty counts for nothing if no customer service!!! Bad, bad, bad. Better buy another brand.
