β β β β β Troy - worst sales person ever met. First engaged him in January 21. Submitted my house details and kitchen 2D layout for quotation. Followed up over text a few times and totally ignore me and not replying at all. Thought I give him a personal face to face visit in March. Even reminded him we texted and he didn't respond. Never mind. Submitted my contact details and texted him again. He replied after a few days lag and promise to submit to me his quotation. That was on 24 Marxh 21. Fast forward, I still have not receive a single respond from Troy. What on earth kind of service from Signature Kitchen.
