โ โ โ โ โ products maybe good but installer who represented the company are irresponsible, no receipt given for the installation, unprofessional installation work, never follow appointment date, regretted to purchase Aireguard products worried about the services and staffs' responsibilities.

โ โ โ โ โ I bought 4 of their exhaust fan.
1. After 3-4 months, one stopped working. Lazada seller says I need to send it all the way to their Kajang office. If not, AireGard will charge me to pick it up
2. My electrician complain, the design of the exhaust is bad because any problem you have to hack the ceiling to take it out.
3. Anyway, have to hack ceiling and send to them, they fixed it and didn't tell me the reason why it stopped working.
3. 2 months after that, another fan stopped working. So I have to hack the ceiling and take the unit and drive all the way there to fix again
4. After that have to pick it up from them again, seems like they are not concerned that their customer have to go through trouble to send and pick up their own defective product.
5. Funnily they are not saying their product is defective. They say "oh they didn't know I'm using flexible foil ducting". If I'm using this ducting by right I have to remove a flap from the unit. Wow. If you go on lazada all the sellers selling with the flexible ducting but no one mention about this
6. Then I ask for the first unit, did u remove the flap, because I already install after being fixed. Their response? "oh if customer give us with flap we will give back with flap" even though they know I'm using the flexible ducting
8. So now the two other unit still working they say have to take it out and remove flap and install again. So have to hack and install again
8. Total cost aside from exhaust fan, to reinstall plaster ceiling RM800
7. So to summarise this company:
-products look nice but low quality
-service is very bad and not customer focus
