Ingat jalan dedap berapa jauh? Rosmerah ke dedap 5 minit jer!! Setiap hari tunggu kat rumah, tak perna airpak sampai. Akhirnya, 2/8 sendiri ambil kat airpak rosmerah, parsel masih dlm office!!! Ini OUT FOR DELIVERY kat mana? Ini bukan kali pertama. Staff buruk dan malas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really bad service. never bother to call or leave a note for missed delivery. when my neighbour offered to sign on behalf and the courier guy just leave without a word :( ... When the office called me and the attitude is very bad too. they will nvr arrange 2nd delivery. I have to self-collect ... i paid for your service and this is the kinda lousy service i got!!! what rotten luck!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If have “0”, I will put 0 here. Super dupper bad courier service. Shipment from KL to JB, due to send to wrong delivery office in JB then the shipment was send back to KL HQ!!! Ros Merah and Austin Heights is less than 15min driving distance apart and send it back to KL??!!! What a very smart system, efficient, low cost solution. The worse thing, keep me waiting for the whole day, missed my flight.... called hundred of times... and yet not receiving my shipment. Great job Airpak! Should remove the word “express”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with Airpak nowadays. They deserve a lazy trophy. Airpak Express was ?? among any others Courier but now ??x100 ! We pay for goods delivery, not for store keeping. Don’t play branch politic . Anyhow sent parcel back to KL HQ because they send to wrong district branch instead of sending it back to the correct location. Please Don’t waste customer money for your laziness.
Tried J&T Express with 365days/24hours service which is much more better than Airpak! J&T Confirm Receive Within 1-2days. Their fastest record from Pahang 12/2 @6:04pm post out and received at Johor 13/2 5:45pm.
P/s : To management who see this post , Please hire proper staffs and provide your staffs the proper training with the Very First Service Spirit that we had otherwise your customers will definitely look for another courier company. Do not treat me as spammer, I used to love your service and leave good comment but now your teams are too lousy for me to describe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airpak Express delivery of my parcel to my friend in Yong Peng, Malaysia was performed within the stipulated 5 working days ! AirPak collected it from me on 24 Sep, and my friend received it on 29 Sep. Considering that 26 and 27 Sep were Sat and Sun respectively, Airpak took only 3 working days to perform the task !
Tracking could be easily done too, which alleviates the anxiety when using postal services. Excellent first time experience with this courier !
