★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What's wrong with ur customer service? call many times to collect parcel at our place but don't pick up the phone.. certain CS pick the phone just to hang up. aiyoo..how do you train ur staff? many times happened lorh. luckily ur driver is okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never use this service again. Guaranteed next day delivery. Parcel sent 25/3/22 from melaka. Reached johor Jaya 26/3/22 0854am. No attempted delivery. Until 28/3/22 afternoon!
Slower than usual parcel delivery, what more a NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the customer service so many times and they never answer the call. Also, they made lots of mistakes sending the parcel to Singapore and delayed the parcel.
They also weighed the weight wrong and they blamed the customer for giving them the wrong weight.
Definitely won't choose this service anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the distance between citylink office and my house is just like 10-15 min, but they keep my parcels for soooooo long timeeeee. I dont know why. If u want me to take it from your office at least give me a notice. I don’t know if u keep silent and keep my parcels. If there is a negative start surely will give u one.
