Never pick up phone call even the call is ringing infront of the officer, act like never listen the ringing tone. Work like salary not pay to them

โ โ โ โ โ poor service, i sent my shipment almost a week but still not arrived, when checked via online it says misroute, we dont even receive a phonecall from the courier and we have try calling the branch many times but no one accept the phone- very teribble service, untrusted

โ โ โ โ โ Not recommended. Worst than Poslaju, GDex, Skynet within the East Coast. Poor service and rude staff. She called me twice while I was in a flight. Called the number right away after touchdown and the staff told me I shouldn't bother describing my address now as the delivery man has been dispatched. She's implying that if they don't know your address then your parcel won't be delivered. No wonder the place looks like a dumpster when I came for self pickup. It's full with parcels that they claimed of not knowing the address. What's the point of being a courier service when you can't even deliver properly?
