★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son"s license tak boleh proceed due to pkp last 2 years. Yuran dah bayar separuh, lesen L pun dah mati sementara nak tunggu ambik driving claas. Problem is, we've been trying to contact them to schedule the driving class or whatever to proceed, tapi call x pernah angkat, whatsapp pun berhari baru jawab, tapi one word jer & x bantu langsung. Bila tanya ejen kat kiosk, suruh jugak call coz they can't do anything katanya..tapi call x angkat. Issue nya berpusing2 and will never get settled. So how?
My son "s license cannot proceed due to pkp last 2 years. The fee has been paid in half, the L license has expired while I want to wait for the driving class. Problem is, we've been trying to contact them to schedule the driving class or whatever to proceed, but call x never picked up, whatsapp was only answered for days, but one word jer & x helped immediately. berpusing2 and will never get settled. So how?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad management, I asked agent if i need to bring anything at the HQ office, and she said no. I asked plenty of times okay, not just once to reconfirm. Then when it's my class, the registration counter staff asked me if i brought my copies of L license, IC, vaccine whatever necessary when I didn't prepare anything. I did bring my copy of vaccine dose and ic but she didn't take it.
Then the HQ or whoever whatsapp me very informally like messaging a friend. Then asked me to give them all the necessary documents and even asked me when is my jpj test??? Be more professional laa menyusahkan orang je!!
If i can seperate the ratings, the teachers are good but not recommended if you're from far away and only have 4 hours of class because that 4 hours are included with the time you go there and go back to your place. So you will be rushing to study about everything so please find a nearby one (this is for anyone to retake license or retake class)
But if you are new to license then go ahead I won't stop you. Nasib cikgu okay.
Oh wait, the toilet is badly built so don't expect a good toilet experience if you go there
