★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up for an account and said registration successful, but when i try to log in, it says account not registered. Sent inquiry on 20 Jan and CS staff say will investigate further. Reply on 31st Jan with silly solutions, asking me to make a new account with same credentials but obviously can't because my email, phone number and IC is tied to my first account. No reply ever since. Sent follow up emails, whatsapp, chat via their website, Instagram DM, phone call but all no reply (For more than a month now)
Took my personal info, IC, address etc but did not give me an account.
Please think twice before placing your money with them. If anything happens to your account, you won't be able to access your funds and you will have no way of contacting them.
