β β β β β I bought a Vintec wine chiller from Ms Mok Benova on 22/8/2021. Initally, she was so meticulous and concern of how I am going to place my chiller at specific position, advising me how big the space, asked me to measure etc. After i paid deposit, then i asked her about voltage, her tone changed 360... If you can even concern of my house position/space to put then why not my other further questions later on? This made feel so disappointed in the end and never want to reply much to her. Initally, I thought i found an advisor who is good and far concern customer's needs and inquiries but this is not the truth. Everything changed after you paid deposit and secure the order sales for them.

β β β β β i bought this burners Gas hob from Appliances Online. Only used for 2 days, 2nd day the glass layer have shattered.
My mum was affected with this tragedy, and make everyone worried on the Deepavali day. Its about life and death matter. They sell cheap quality product but i paid RM1650.00 Gain profits by keeping another life in danger. Till today NO replacement and solution , working on internal process.. If anything happened to my mum Will u be reporting and do Internal process ????? Irresponsible seller..
I have follow up closely to get the new replacement unit.. But Admin online agreed to pay But the dealer in Lazada wanted to replace the top broken glass.. I do not agreed on this.. Due to that the Admin online DELETED THE MESSAGES IN FB WALL ON THE NEW UNIT REPLACEMENT> VERY SELF GAIN BIZ
