Tambahan komen pada 29/3/22:
Output service tiada masalah. Kucing balik dalam keadaan yang baik dan mmg silap saya atas pemberian product yg tidak bersesuaian kepada kucing.
Tapi 3 bintang sebab staff. Cara cakap staff dan cara dipandang rasa seperti direndahkan dan buat saya rasa teruk as a customer. Saya dtg ke klinik utk betulkan silap saya, kalau saya tak sedar silap saya, saya biar je ada product yg tak betul di kucing. And fyi, tu first time saya bela kucing dan pergi ke vet. Saya tak tahu apa apa. Datang ke pakar utk nasihat, bukan utk dipandang rendah.
Dr vet baik je, sangat peramah.
Serta, selepas first time saya hantar tu, saya ada je lagi datang sbb puas hati dgn output service. Cuma reply dari owner ni saya baru nampak 29/3 ?

Additional comments on 29/3/22:
Output service no problem. The cat came back in good condition and I was wrong for giving a product that was not suitable for the cat.
But 3 stars because of the staff. The way the staff speaks and the way they are seen feels like being humiliated and makes me feel bad as a customer. I came to the clinic to correct my mistake, if I don't realize my mistake, I let there be a product that is not right in the cat. And fyi, that's my first time defending a cat and going to the vet. I dont know anything. Come to an expert for advice, not to be looked down upon.
Dr. vet is good, very friendly.
Also, after the first time I sent it, I have another je come to be satisfied with the service output. Just a reply from this owner, I just saw 29/3 ?
