★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. The staff are very rude and will look at you one way if you ask them questions as if it's wrong to enquire. They even told me to go find other printing shops if want better quality. Is this how Malay people make business? Not to mention extremely pricey too. Might as well I go to one of those small Chinese printing shops. At least the uncles are friendlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service and comes with package of expensive price... I saw lots of feedback comes from the shop to improve their customer service. However, nothing have made to changes. Picked up name cards for my own company but the staff looked at me up and down. Felt like wanna say, you work for people. I am your customer. Show some respects. To the team management, please observed your staff carefully as these bad reviews are not good despite of your business are working very well or not. Because your customer service potrays your image of company. If I would be the person in charge, I will oversee my staff and make sure their customer service is excellent at all times. Also need to remember, they are being paid to work and serve, by hook or by crook they must do their job successfully. If they are not competent, you as team management, the higher level of hierarchy has the right to let the attitude staff go. Your service potrays your image. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to call just now for few times, but they reject my called. i know you guys close at 7pm but at least answer the call and see what your customer need! I'm in urgent needed a printing shop actually to make a banner. Was thinking maybe i can just send the design through email and so on. Very bad customer service i may say. (UPDATED I DIDNT MENTION THAT I CALLED AROUND 6.25PM SO YOU GUYS DIDNT CLOSE YET!) WROTE MY REVIEW AROUND 6.30PM)
