customer need to queue up and buy nothing just because ur staff said that finished or not available WTH waste our time
OK then he telling me no bubble tea alr but i still had saw the pearl in the refrigerator and ur staff don wan to do i don know is what happened lah
THEN the 1st staff said 'finished alr' ok i shopping 1st then i saw the 2nd staff take the pearl to oven WHAT THE FUXK is this ???
CAN U EXPLAIN WITH ME ? WTF IS THIS
IDK is ur staff lazy to do or what

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 hot & spicy chicken cutlet and one cold milk tea, received 2 cold chicken and one hot milk tea. Lmao, the chicken is still frozen from the fridges. I wonder if the ears of staff lies on her butt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was infront the indian male supervisor waiting for him to serve us. Isntead he ignored us and started counting the cash beside register. 4 other workers also ignored us doing other things. Worst is the supervisor. We didn't make a scene and just left. Never coming back to this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy service from the staff, bad attitude, waited for half an hour to serve me one sufuto (which he apparently forgot to do). And the sufuto he made was so small, not worth the price of RM3.90. I could get bigger and nicer from MCD.
