โ โ โ โ โ Staff made the sound of annoyance โtskโ when i asked her to get the shoes of my size. Not sure if she thinks that I couldnt afford the shoes or shes purely annoyed :)

โ โ โ โ โ 1 star for being economical.
As others have mentioned the customer service is worse than non-existant. There were 6 employees in the store at the time and none stepped up to offer their help. Had to walk back and forth from the counter to check sizes multiple times. Employees looked unhappy that there were customers in the shop and reacted as if I was an inconvenience to their day.

Many complaints and reviews about staff and all and I wonder why alikhsan ipoh parade doesnt improve at all. If you dont understand english there are complaints in malay as well.I dont wish to give any star but without clicking the star i cant give a review. Actually zero star from me.0๏ธโฃโ

โ โ โ โ โ Tall guy staff didn't bother to serve. So reluctant. He probably tripped on hundreds of shoes or had hundreds of shoes thrown right in his face for this miserable look. I hope you don't look like this everyday. Smile a lil dude. You happy, I happy, everybody happy okay ? โบ๏ธ

Completely ignored my family and grouped together chatting around counter
Whn I asked about a particular brand one of them reluctantly led me to the area and quickly walked away
