Then benda yg korang tnye..encik pakai mask elok2 ye nanti CCTV check..duduk dlm tu 10 minit tpi sorang staff pun tk approach lansung..muka masing: macam palat..patut la kedai sendu..customer service macam hanat!! Lagi sorang laki staff korang ni memang acah2 mcm boss plak dalam...tolong la acknowledged sikit stafff..

Then the thing that you tnye..encik wear a nice mask2 ye later CCTV check..sit in there 10 minutes tpi one staff did not approach directly..muka each: kind of palat..should be a sad shop..customer service kind of warm !! Another man of your staff is indeed acah2 mcm boss plaque inside ... please he acknowledged a little stafff ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a quick visit to Al Ikhsan Dpulze yesterday on the 13th Feb 2021. I've been wanting long pants for jogging, and this staff by the name of Qayyum really helped me with his on point advise.
Appreciate how he listens to the customers and shows good value as a sports retailer staff.
Just 15 mins of quick stop to purchase a pair of pants was good enough to make my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Customer service by a female cashier on 14/10/2021 around 1PM. I don't mind any charge for plastic bag. Since they charge 10 cent for a plastic bag the responsible to provide the change is on you not on customer. Don't go by asking your customer "kami takde syiling, 90 sen baki ni nak jugak ke" when you run out of coins. I don't really care about the 90 cent, but i care for the lowly manner that you shown .
