The variety of the sushi aren't sufficient and unsatisfactory. They put too much mayo and it doesn't look really fresh. I ordered Honey Lemon Tea and it tastes horrible :$ Their Udon isn't that great tho but the service was pretty fast and neat. Lucky I got 20% off discount for the sushi.

Went here a week before mco. Attended by a tall male staff when we wanted to order food but he was not really friendly. Craving some sushi on the sushi belt but ended up their sushi belt was almost empty. They did not refill the belt even though it was after office hour where people already started to dine in for dinner. They started to refill the belt 10 mins before we finished our food when they see their place was almost full. Their meals were ok but hoping they can improve their service.

Need to train more staff, waitress is so busy doing all alone! Sushi belt only have a bit variety of sushi, feeling disappointed on Sushi King…?

Disappointed with service! We tried to dine in for lunch but was told due to insufficient staff, part of the restaurant to sitcwas closed off! So many tables available but couldn't dine in!! Staff was very rude looks like she is lazy and don't want business . Good luck to shushi king owner . Soon will go bankrupt with this kind of staff

Been here during ramadhan but i dine in at 8pm, still in queue. Dine in at 8.30pm, ordered 8.35pm. 9pm still not get the food. Staff too slow, walking like catwalk. Theres 4 person in kitchen, 2 waiters. Really bad service ??

They stated on the board the business hours up to 10pm but when we reached there at 8.55pm, they not allowed us to enter. The cashier who are walking near the entrance was not even said anything and acted like we were not exist there. So, annoying behaviour and bad customer handling manner. When we asked the cashier from outside the boarder, he answered us lazily seems like he is the one who tired working in the world. We also run business but everytime customer reached our business premise, we always entertain the customer eventhough just to tell them we are going to close, and we keep our promise with the business hours that we show on the board in our premise. This Sushi King branch enployee is not professional and having a bad manner!

The customer service is very poor. The iPad keeps losing connection, unable to order. I told the waiter, but they seem to not even care. Besides that, I ordered the ginger more than 3 times, but again, they seemed to not care about customers at all. I'm still waiting for the ginger. Not even saying yes, or alright, I will bring this, they listen and walk away just like that. All of the places we set up were oily, with sauce poured here and there.??‍♀️ Poor customer service, no customer manners. You, Sushi King, need to train your staff. If there is a option for 0 star I would do that.

The bento box was tasty and virtually oil free just the way it should be. The atmosphere was good too - perfect place to hangout with friend.
