β β β β β The management should do something about the food. Chicken shawarma you can not determine whether it's a chicken meat or the bone . Compared to Al rawsha KL shawarma which the meat ist tender and juicy where else in I City the meat is dry and hard.

Rule of thumb the food is 1/10 delicious of the picture and here the picture themselves were not appetising and my rule came true.
Food
If you have never tasted Arabic food this is just below average. The chicken and the lamb kebab were extremely dry and tasted old. The hummus was bitter and the fries were cold!!!
Service
The cleaner lady was also serving your food. Thumbs up to higene. While we were eating food the cleaner lady was cleaning underneath our table. The person who came to take our order didn't know what is shown in the picture.
Verdict ...I gave 1 as negative did not exist. I will never ever eat in this restaurant and if you love your money you also should not.

β β β β β I order mansaf alrawsha but it's actually mandi rice. They just change the name. There was a human hair in the rice. The lamb was not tender. Bad experience for a high price.
