Just went for Buka Puasa Buffet at Sahara Tent last weekend. Overall experience was good. If u are a lamb lover i believe u would enjoy it more. Also, the lime mint drink was excellent.

Dine-in for Iftar buffet. At first, I prefer to have an ala-carte, but they told during Ramadan ala-carte only available after 8pm. So, as I prefer to break fast there, no choice to book for buffet at RM69/person. My expectation, when we say buffet like in many restaurant did for years during Ramadan will be like food & drink nicely arranged and always top-up quantity to cater full house customers. But here, they didn't!! Dining space almost full house, then the buffet area was messy like eating at low class stall, they let food and drink almost empty and customers had no choice to try other types of food. Glass and plate not enough. What can I say, the quality and quantity of buffet only worth RM29- RM39, NOT RM69. TOTALLY NOT SATISFIED

Food quality was bad. Over pricy and more cosmetic. Ambience is really nice but they should focus on their kitchen and cuisine. Our first experience but really so no intentions to visit again. If you find quality + reasonable quantity you can ignore price.

Great hot toasty Arabic bread. Their appitizer plater is well seasoned and freshly made. Grill platter is slightly dry but most meat is properlly seasoned

Was there on my birthday 15/3/2022. Had chicken kabsa and Arabian tea. Both are good. Worth the money spent. Atmosphere at 2.30pm is really what I wanted. Not crowded but some of the tables are occupied. It could be busy during weekends or break hours I guess. I may visit again with my family and friends. There is no service tax. You pay the menu price. Things to improve, it says wait till you be seated but no waiter approached me until I walked in and asked if I could sit there.

I’m obsessed with Middle eastern cuisine all the time, an opportunity to stay around so just give it a try, the vibe is real great! I love how their decorations directly linked to their cultural background. We’ve ordered quite a few different dishes for lunch, chicken kebab, lamb shank stew with bread soaked in, fried eggplant and hummus with lamb. The food was all great, eggplant was flavorful which brings out the flavor perfectly. Lamb stew taste not bad, but the bread soaked in wasn’t a good idea as we didn’t feel like rice hence we weren’t able to finish it. Suggest you can get lamb stew with rice aside. At the end we also get some desserts, their milk kinda chocolate dessert and the classic banana split.
