โ โ โ โ โ Great experience ordering wine from them! Both my orders were impeccably packed with bubble wrap that solves the logistic issue for fragile items. Smooth navigation and checkout process on the website as well. I definitely do hope that the tracking system could be improved since the updates were a tad bit delayed. In my case my neighbor had to take in my package since I had no idea when it would arrive and was not in place to receive the package.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought 2 bottles of gin today on 27 May and to much disappointment, the FREE gift of Tonic Water has expired since Feb 2022. When contacted, staff was adamant that its okay to consume since it is the Best Before date and also stated that they have mentioned this on their website. Since this is consumables, I feel that it is very irresponsible for Albert's wines to do this. Will they be responsible if consumed and someone ends up at the hospital?
* Post update, Albert's Wines has since contacted me to exchange to non expired replacement.
