Your staff were Being a roadbully and honing front car at red traffic light time. The front car was not moving because it was RED LIGHT, and guess what, your staff somemore shout at the front car asking "tak belajar ke"?? Basically asking the front to move to break traffic rules.
Just because there is no car across the road doesn't mean the front car has to move, because its red light.
