One word to describe it @ B.E.S.T ➡️ Brilliantly.Executed!Systemized.Training!
The lead trainer Mr Ashley together with his team did a remarkable virtual training that ensures all participants not only received head knowledge but also the heart skills needed to coach people.
After attending this training (Coaching Skills For Leaders),my outward & inward perspective of the true meaning of coaching have deeply transformed on how I do life with the people around me.

It was an amazing experience, and it was a great learning opportunity for me, especially since I had just joined a new team. But at first, I was worried that online training wouldn't be easy, and I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to focus a 100 percent, but you made the online training more fun and knowledge-based than what I presumed to be.
I have managed to improve and save time on the day-to-day meetings and on job trainings I do for my team. I apply the leadership technique on a daily basis now both for work and personal life.
To anyone who is looking for a leadership, Ashely Alexander is a great trainer and will benefit from the training even if they are done on online platforms.

It was an incredible experience and was a phenomenal learning experience for me.
Initially I was worried doing online training would be boring and easily distracted and not able to focus 100%. But Ashley made the training program fun, more interactive with other participants especially it’s all connected to sharpen our skill and knowledge in coaching.
After the training, I have use the technique he have taught in a daily basis to my clients, my family, my friends and my new prospects to allow them to think better that resulted us together to achieve what we want in a specific result or outcome.
In my opinion, the leadership course will benefit you in work and your personal life.
Based on my training experience and observation, Ashley is a great and experience trainer whom are calm, a sense of humour, understanding, kind, great listener and with the heart to improve you and get you up to the next level hence you will be the leader you wish you had.
