★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted me for a kadazan translation job with Celcom as a client and we did not reach an agreement so we didn’t proceed, which is normal. But they then contacted me to ask for “help” or “favour” to do a specialised translation for free. This company doesn’t value translators and respect professionals by paying what’s due. I actually had to block them after they kept begging and insisting it’s not their fault for NOT PAYING and insist that the client has a tight budget. Then don’t ask for favours. How can anyone expect someone else to do a job for free? How can anyone beg for a free translation and justify it as not their fault? Don’t get scammed people.

I used their service to get my Jawi/Malay documents translated to English.It took slightly longer than expected but i received them in time.
The lady at the front-desk was very helpful.
They have a physical office so definitely a plus for me.
