★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No water bottles have been provided till now, breakfast quality of food was pathetic, AC is not working in the van and no proper response from the driver for that. We are all sweating like anything and not able to enjoy the day at all till now. Frustrated and Not at all happy with the service provided till now.
It's half a day since we reached KL and we are not at all enjoying the trip
