β β β β β I have been using their cleaning services for the past 4 or 5 mths...can consider regular customer.
Today i asked for cleaning services & they provided me with 2 cleaners for 2 hrs.
The cleaners came out of my house a bit late about 20 mins because they were a bit slow & one of the cleaner broke my flower vase.
I dont really care about the vase but i was really disappointed with the mgmt because of extra 20 mins they are being rude to me. It is not my fault but the cleaners fault for doing their jod very slow.
In other words...kenapa nk berkira sgt dgn your regular customer sedangkan your customer yang bagi you business.
Today is the last time i am using your service & for your information your cleaners are not that good..my house is not really clean but i never complain.
