β β β β β Terribly run by an angry person. Always blaming customers for not being understanding whereas these owners do not care for your time. Their cleaners have been running away one by one because they are also poorly treated (based on what the cleaner told me). Find another cleaning agency if you value your time. The cleaners obviously do not have enough rest as well

β β β β β 1) Took days to revert on availability, or totally ignore your queries/message. 2) always change your time slot freaking last minute 3) not turning up to appointment made, no explanation or notice whatsoever, not replying msg nor picking up calls. They made it seems like is your freaking responsibility to adjust and match their schedule instead of the other way round. Good luck if anyone of you still want to persist with this company despite so many negative feedbacks posted here

DID NOT TURN UP FOR SCHEDULED SERVICE.
Ordered a service via Kaodim.
Vendor accepted , I provided the address. Then requested to change day and time. I asked to stick to the scheduled timing. No response. I messaged after 2 hours to confirm, only responded that schedule timing cannot be met. I said it is okay, we can use the alternative timing I stated in the app. vendor agreed. We ironed out all the payment details and t&cs and everything is good and vendor confirmed that the service is on the next day.
Today, service scheduled at 1pm. WHATASPP CALL UNREACHABLE, CALL CANNOT CONNECT, NO REPLY TO MESSAGES.
Totally unprofessional ! If you're unable to complete the job, don't say you can in the first place. Complete waste of my time.

β β β β β at first they where extremely professional until they offered a RM1500 for 16 sessions. Once the money was banked in, they stopped responding, I would receive answers after minimum 3 days to a week, they attracted sending me cleaners that cleaned nothing, food still stuck on plates and utensils, absolutely horrifying.instead of them fixing the issue, the person starts talking in the most disrespectful manner which thankfully I've got all photos and conversation saved. find another service and don't waste your time and money.

β β β β β If i could give 0 stars, I would. If you had plans for the day, best to cancel them. Because this cleaning agency does not give a two hoots about what you have to do. They want you to move your schedule to suit their needs. Not customer oriented at all. The person running the business has no idea how to apologise or explain their situation. It is your job to kawtaw to them. Their maids are decent but not all of them do a good job. Despite training them, they put on a long face. This business should shut down. The recent reviews are horrendous, the PIC needs anger management therapy if you ask me. The way he/she handles customers is horrible. I told my partner to stop their services since they are always rescheduling according to their whim and fancy. There are other more professional agencies out there with better professionalism compared to these guys.

β β β β β The cleaners themselves are nice but the business owners do not know how to run a business. They do not give proper notice and will leave you in a lurch when the time comes. They have countless times told me on the day of their service that they wont be sending their maids. They have currently stopped operating for a month but i suggest not taking them when they reopen in July or August. It really doesnt take much to offer a decent notice period to their customer but they will gaslight you into thinking it is your fault for asking for common courtesy. Based on other reviews below, it is obvious that these busienss owners do not treat their customers with respect and courtesy.
