★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service given by this agency is terrible. They had sent the maid who is quite lazy and spoken in a very loud manner. The maid also asked for early release when we in fact booked the service for 3 hours. The maid also failed to clean the place properly. Service from this agency is not recommended given the price that they charged and service provided by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered a maid from them for my house cleaning before Hari Raya that day. I was very satisfied with the maid. Her works were very thoroughly clean and neatly. My house is a double storeys, I just ordered for 4 hours session but she can finished the work less than that hours and I asked her to do some basic laudry cleaning. Very Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echoing other bad ratings for thos cleaning company. Very dissatisfied with the service. Dont waste your money for their cleaners.
1. Change to 2 cleaners 2 hrs when already confirmed 1 cleaner for 4 hours. Only text me at 6:30am in the morning.
2. Cleaners claimed have arrived at 8am and nobody call me to inform. They should call and inform they are here if you need me to pick them up. Only call me when I ask where are the cleaners.
3. Because of that, cleaning started late at 8:30am and finish at 10am. I paid 100 for 1:30hrs cleaning and its very sloppy.
4. Very slow and need guidance like its their first time cleaning. For eg; basic common sense in cleaning - when you wipe/mop, you clear all the things on the rack/floor then you wipe or mop. In fact professional cleaner only need one time briefing and they know what to do.

Also, the price is excellent compared to the service quality of other providers. Very easy to book too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked for 3:30 and they came at 2:00, we have our own schedule that they shoudnt schedule it as they wish. The cleaners are very slow dragging time and leaving work half way and skipping work. They are not responding to what we say. Basically, waste of money and time.

The second time I used their service, the maid didn't arrive after an hour of waiting and they didn't bother to respond to any of my calls or texts. Don't ever use their services. Received full refund in a day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for 2 cleaners for 4 hours each, total 8 hours. Confirmed booking 1 to 2 weeks ago. This morning received a message to ask if it is for 2 cleaners, 2 hours each. I responded that it is supposed to be 2 cleaners, 4 hours each, 8 hours in total and the company confirmed that the cleaners will be here from 2 to 6pm. But there were no sign of them at 2.12, so I texted to asked, no response. At 2.28, I texted again to ask for status, no response again. At 2.50pm, received a call to asked if it is ok for cleaners to be here at 4pm. I told the guy off. I told him that I planned everything around his cleaners and he couldn't be bothered to inform me that his cleaners going to be late until almost 1 hour later. So, I told him not to bother since his cleaners is going to be 2 hours late. The most unbelievable thing is he thinks his request is not unreasonable even when I told him that we can only have dinner after his cleaners leave.
This company also initially insisted that I have to pay in full upon booking. Luckily I refused and I agreed to pay only when cleaners arrived. Can you imagine paying rm220 and the cleaners don't turn up. Such an unprofessional company, this is how consumers like us get conned. Pay for 4 hours in advanced, then the cleaners either don't turn up or turn up late but still charge the same amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The maid take pictures of the house and sending out to the boss which is very dangerous, it can be used for any purposes. Thank god the house she came to clean is moving cleaning.
When messaged the boss, he or she was very rude. She sent the video of the house and telling no equipment except mop, but in video broom, soap, brush n plastics can be seen. Very unprofessional.
The maid was so demanding telling her arrival time to be counted in. The 2 hrs service starts at 7.30 and finishes at 9.30,purposely arrived earlier when I was nt around yet n demanding to finish work at 9. The cleaning worker didn't really working and purposely work slow to drag the time. Lazy maid. To clean the rubbish and sweep n mop the empty house, she needs 4 hrs. More over its a standard apartment only, nt even a condo.
Lousy service. Won't recommend or come back for this quality of service anymore.
