★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I bought a pack of Pet Soft Pet Wipes for the price of RM25.50. I found it quite pricey.. but then the smaller pack of another brand is much more higher. So decided to purchase the earlier one. When i got home i checked online.. and the average price for the same brand is only RM8.80. I decided to WhatsApp the shop and seek clarification incase there is a mistake in pricing... And the reply i got was so frustrating "Puan bole beli online ya lain kali. Tima kasih". Wow i am speechless! I guess this is a new trend of treating customer now!!! I dont mind paying for the price... but please reply to yr customer politely. Will never ever go back to this shop ever again. And i got to know frm the area that I am from.. this is not the first time the shop treated customers like that. Good luck to u!
