★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your money here. They charged you for minor hair trimming but FAILED to mention the charges beforehand to you. When you question them about it, they said you can go to other salon because that's how much "every salon" is charging. Lack of professionalism. You also would be told NOT to come back which is absolutely fine by me. I don't want to return to such an arrogant establishment. I'm very disappointed with the service. I am not a charity case, I just wished to be informed of the charges beforehand.
PS: I already told that distance was the reason why I can't go back to the salon. If refund is something they intended to do, there are plenty of ways to do it.
