★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanan sangat teruk & tidak beradab. Staff lelaki chinese bercakap dengan nada kasar menghalau saya keluar hanya kerana suhu badan panas 37.3,dalam cuaca panas. Tak perlu pon menjerit sampai semua pelanggan terkejut.
Sebelum ni saya minta bank statement,staff perempuan melayu bercakap dengan nada kasar menyuruh saya check online je.Dalam online tu hanya transaction history dan bukannya statement!!! Saya perlukan statement atas urusan tertentu,bukannya suka suka nak mintak.
The service is very bad & uncivilized. The chinese male staff spoke in a rude tone driving me out just because of the hot body temperature of 37.3, in hot weather. No need to pound screaming until all customers are shocked.
Before I ask my bank statement, Malay female staff speak in a rude tone told me to check online je.Dalam tu online transaction history and not just a statement !!! I need a statement on a specific matter, not like I want to ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and there is one malay female teller who is way too rude and arrogant. I thought I was the teller who was serving her as a customer.
Straight away askes her to close my bank account and that was my last time to deal with this bank. Bad employee who makes the company bad image and lose potential customer. Please have somebody to look into your employee and customer service.
