Only this time found out the staff taking the Q numbers for themself & when tiket was called on the counter but there has no ppl to serve so they can continue to chit chat like nobody business & customer waiting there like fools.??? The bank staff can continue to make all kinds monkey game to cover the truth but as a customer there sure we can see what is really going on. ???

Professional and friendly attitude and a very quick solution on my issues.
This high service level has not been the same at other offices for CIMB. Maybe something to tap into for the company?
