★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agent had help us to apply for house loan in this bank.According to the agreement, whole process should be completed within 30days. Now already exceed 90 days and my house loan is yet to be disburse due to internal staff mistake. No compensation or official apologize received for their mistake. Truly disappointing and I would not recommend any of my friend to use any facilities in this bank in future.
