Terrible service ! Rude staff !! Corider gossiping and calling customer β€œidiot” for using the washroom. Personally have axed SIA and will never travel using this airlines.

Wonderful flight with SQ. Food was mediocre but the service makes up for it. The business class seat on the A350 was comfortable, allowed me to sleep throughout the flight. Very restful flights.

Terrible service at manila based staff and they are not willing to help when passengers having difficulties. Need to hv proper training before go life.

Terrible service!!! Hotline number changed to 603-27898798 but not updated. Put on hold for an hour still not managed to talk to any agent!!! If it’s urgent matters or flight changes, what are we supposed to do???

i have encountered a few bad customer service helplines before but nothing beats Singapore Airlines customer service helpline ITS THE MOST HORRIBLE EVER, this really reflects on their higher managements for badly training their staffs, almost 1 hour and still on hold without getting to speak to any agent, AVOID THIS AIRLINE IF YOU CAN

I am terribly upset and disappointed with the NON existent customer service Hotline of Singapore Airlines in Kuala Lumpur. It happened during my week’s visit to KL from 6th December to 10th December. I had wanted to change my return flight on 9th December to a later date but try as I did, no one answered my calls to the β€œso-called” Hotlines +60326186333, +60387874469, +60327898798. To make matters worst, I left voice messages in vain as no one bothered to call me back. I find this experience very unlike the Singapore Airlines that I have come know and love as a PPS member before the pandemic. I fear that if this level of ZERO customer service persist, the world admired SIA brand will soon go up in flames and all because of a few staff that are supposed to manage the KL office. A thorough dressing down and β€œwaking up” exercise is desperately needed to address and nip this problem in the bud. I will off course still fly SIA as it is my preferred airline but will make doubly sure that my KL visits in future are not subject to changes because THERE SIMPLY IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HOTLINE AVAILABLE IN SIA’s KUALA LUMPUR OFFICE !!!

Totally unavailable customer service, impossible to get a real operator to talk. Waited forever few times on the line with no luck. So if you have specific question about your flight which robot can't reply it's really very inconvenient, as not 100% of information is available on the website.
