★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New location, but same pathetic service. I wish this branch takes a closer look on the quality of their customer service. I have been with Allianz for the last 14 years. I have been to different branches. I suspect this branch is by far the worst I ever experienced. This branch is a shame to the name of Allianz, they don't live up to the name, I don't even feel they are connected with their customers. The efficiency is low and the flexibility of the staffs are minimal. The SOP should have reduced the number of crowd and allowed them to speed up their services. Unfortunately it works the other way around. Two thumbs down!!!
